Who you're dealing with

The Woven Mama is a trade name of Audrey Davidson LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. When this page says "I" or "my," that means me, Audrey Davidson, running The Woven Mama. What I collect

When you join a waitlist or ask for the free guide, you give me your first name, your email address, and your answer to "What would you like to hear about first?" If you reply to one of my emails or message me, I also keep what you write.

Like most websites, the platform that runs this site, and the ad tools I use, may also record basic technical information on their own, such as your browser type, your device, and which pages you looked at. That helps keep the site running and helps me see whether my ads work.

What I do with it

• Answer you when you write to me
• Understand what is working, including whether my ads work, so I can make this better

That is the whole list. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not rent or trade your email address.

Who else touches it

I use a few companies to run this business. They only get what they need to do their job.

• Captivation Hub hosts this website and the forms, stores my email list, and sends my emails.
• Google hosts the free guide file in Google Drive and runs my business inbox.
• Meta (Instagram and Facebook) is where we may connect, and where I run ads. Meta's tools may collect information from this site, as described under Ads below. What you do on Instagram and Facebook falls under Meta's own privacy policies.

If I use a tool to answer Instagram messages (for example, ManyChat), it will handle those conversations and may pass your email address to my list. I may also share information if the law requires it, or if the business is ever sold or transferred, in which case your information would go with it under this same policy.

Ads and Meta

I run ads on Instagram and Facebook. To do that, I use tools from Meta, such as a tracking pixel on this site. These tools may collect information about how you use this site, such as the pages you visit and the actions you take, along with your device and browser details. Meta may link that to your Instagram or Facebook account, so I can show ads and measure whether they work. How Meta uses that information is covered by Meta's own privacy policy. You can control the ads you see in your Instagram and Facebook ad settings.

Email, and how to stop it

If you give me your email, you will hear from me. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also reply and ask me to take you off.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar tools for basic things, like remembering your settings, and Meta's tools set their own cookies to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may stop working properly if you block everything.

Your choices

You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to fix it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I will take care of it. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, you may have extra rights, and I will not treat you differently for using them.

How long I keep it

I keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. If you ever buy something from me, I may need to keep the purchase record for tax and accounting reasons even after I delete the rest.

Keeping it safe

I use reputable services and keep my accounts locked down. No system anywhere is perfect, so I cannot promise yours will never be exposed.

Children

This site is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child gave me information, email me and I will delete it.

When this changes

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, I will tell you by email.
